EVENT GUIDELINES
- The building lease fee will be priced based upon the time of day, type of event, and season. Therefore, each event is priced individually.
- All events require a 50 percent deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. These deposits should cover the majority of expenses. You will, however, be billed for any supplemental charges. Payment of any such charges will be due upon receipt.
- All events require a 72-hour notice for any changes in the number of your guests. You have the ability to increase the number of guests with a 48-hour notice, but no decreases will be honored without a 72-hour notice. In the event that we do not receive a final count, you will be billed for the initial estimated attendance figure.
- The clean-up service cost for each event will be determined after your event. You will be billed for this at the actual cost and payment will be due upon receipt.
- Indiana sales tax will be charged to all applicable items. Tax-exempt organizations are required by state law to provide a tax exemption form to AutoVault prior to the event.
- All applicable contracts must be returned to AutoVault 72 hours prior to the event.
- AutoVault holds $2 million of liability coverage. We may require our clients to provide us with a copy of their liability coverage upon booking the event.
- When you enter AutoVault, you are surrounded by the owner's art and automobile collection. The collection is extremely valuable; therefore, we ask that you treat the building and its contents with care and respect.
- We thank you in advance for your cooperation with the following:
- You may not enter nor exit AutoVault with any alcoholic beverages at ANY time.
- Security may be required and will be charged to you at a rate of $35 per hour per officer. The number of officers will be determined based upon the number of guests.
- Smoking is allowed, however you and your guests are permitted to smoke ONLY is the main room and game area. There is absolutely NO smoking in the car collection area at ANY time.
- The car collection is available for your enjoyment. We ask that you do not sit in or on any of the vehicles.
- We are happy to provide professional photographers to chronicle your special event, but please feel welcome to take your own photos. Should you wish for your guests to have the opportunity to have the ability to "personally" chronicle the event, AutoVault requires a 48-hour notice in order to provide adequate staff to assist your guests.
- Any items you provide must be delivered and picked up on the day of your event. Special requests must be coordinated with AutoVault staff and will be billed accordingly.
